MG WA (1938)
As I knew nothing about this model whatsoever, I’m just going to copy/paste what the good folks at Classic & Performance Car wrote about this gorgeous WA model:
“This was MG’s worthy attempt to move in on the luxury sports saloon market exploited by SS Jaguar. The war intervened before that many had been built. Available in saloon or Tickford-bodied drophead coupé, there are still roughly 25 survivors of each model worldwide.
They turned out to be better appointed than the equivalent SS-Jaguars with lots of wood, leather and MG logos, and have better steering and road manners.”
