Williams FW14B (1991)
I believe this was the first F1 car to have a proper active suspension system, derived from the work Lotus had done in the 80’s on the system. The FW14b was one of the most technically advanced F1 cars on the grid in 1991 - aside from the AS system, it also had traction control, a semi-auto gearbox and even ABS.
