McLaren M81 Mustang (1987-ish)
The first of Ford’s Special Vehicles Operations. Only 10 were built due to a high price tag, making these pretty much the rarest Mustangs on earth.

The Fords GT40 alignment for the 1967 edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
One of these would be driven by Dan Gurney and lead him to victory, with a flawless driving style (the pretty one, dressed in red).
Here’s a quick summary video.

Ford Mustang assembly line (Milpitas, 1964)
“Man made rain from above, below and from the sides subjects a Mustang to the test which assures buyers of a water-tight vehicle.
An invisible dye in the water, when exposed after a three-minute storm to black light, detects by a magic glow the slightest trace of water. Ford Mustang — The original Roadster concept, from 1962.

This was actually the very beggining for the Mustang, even though very little was used to the final design you know and love. It started its life as an open, two-seater with a 4 cylinder engine mounted at the middle.
