Happy Birthday GOV!
That’s right, Good Old Valves is one year old today!
It all started with… well, a very boring night actually. I had a dissertation to write and didn’t feel like doing it, so Good Old Valves was born.
My first post was about the ‘54 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider, and cruehead was the first person to hit the love button on Good Old Valves. A very endearing moment...

Call for Camshafts
I know it’s a bit late to ask, but today I got some huge news! You can make my day ever brighter by recommending this place to the Directory. I will now try and make up for the lack of posts today.

j-cadek asked: Hello,
I like your site a lot, coming here ever day.
I would like to point a mistake.
"Lotus 33 1965" is actually Lotus 43 with BRM H16 engine.
Picture is from starting grid of GP USA at Watkins Glen in 1966.
There is interesting history behind it.
